We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons (September–December), processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery is included at no cost and typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

3. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

  • Holiday delivery times may be extended — please order early if you need items for a specific occasion.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.

5. Local Pickup (if applicable)

  • Local pickup may be available at certain events or festivals. If offered, details will be provided at checkout.
