Standard delivery is included at no cost and typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Holiday delivery times may be extended — please order early if you need items for a specific occasion.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
